DALLAS – February, 2010 – Jackson-Shaw, a national, diversified commercial real estate development and investment company, has announced the appointment of Jill Warren, vice president of administration, as president of the 2010 Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Dallas Board of Directors.

In her role as president of CREW Dallas, Warren is responsible for representing the organization to the community and monitoring the financial and operational activities of the organization.  She will also serve on the CREW in the Community board of trustees.

Prior to her appointment as president, Warren served for two years on the board for CREW in the Community and was recognized as the CREW Dallas 2003 Outstanding New Member.  Warren also serves on the board of directors for the Jackson-Shaw Foundation and the Dallas Women’s Foundation.  She currently oversees all corporate marketing and public relations, human resources, risk management, information technology and general operation for Jackson-Shaw.
